Coakley Brothers launch self storage business

Milwaukee-based Coakley Brothers is starting a new business, Stadium Self Storage, at 4000 W. Burnham St. in West Milwaukee, chief executive officer Peggy Coakley announced today.

Stadium Self Storage will offer the public "secure and accessible" storage units to store their personal belongings, according to Coakley Brothers.. The facility allows them to access their possessions 7 days a week from 7:00am to 7:00pm. 900 climate controlled units, ranging in size from 10ft x 5ft up to 10ft x 25ft, will be available for usage.

"This is a wonderful opportunity to transform this facility once Coakley-Tech consolidates its business out to Hartland," Coakley said. "Instead of the building being vacant, Coakley Brothers Company will convert this asset into a new line of storage business. We will be making a significant investment refurbishing and improving the commercial property which will make it an attractive addition to the new businesses on Miller Park Way."
